The way people act like if someone doesn’t think there’s currently a genocide it means they support how Israel is going about this war in every way is so telling of them. It just shows how they only care about something when one of the big scary labels are attached, like genocide or apartheid or imperialism, and even then there’s only outrage about those ideas, not the actual actions that have been taken in this war. Performative activism at its height, they literally cannot conceptualise the idea of someone genuinely caring about a situation

Mine is having a long and nonsensical argument about Amelia Earhart and whether or not her body was found with two of my coworkers. It really killed me and it ended with my friend exploding a stress ball and water beads going everywhere and we were laughing so hard we couldn’t breathe.
