Dog dreaming

I'm looking at puppies for sale (I've already put my name next to a couple of rescue dogs). I'm not allowed one but a girl can dream, eh?

So, there's an advert for a 12 week american bulldog puppy. The reason for sale is because their landlord doesn't allow pets... Who on earth spends £850 (so they say) on a puppy that they don't know if their landlord will let them keep it. Who does that? And on top of that, they're selling her for £400. OUCH!
