I once thought of a story line, like, a decade ago about how a tear just opened up in the sky. Probably aliens. I think I opted for aliens. So, you'd have this big old tear in the sky. Miles long. Everywhere else is blue with fluffy clouds. But right here there's this ugly gash and it's so very wrong.

But the thing is, it wouldn't show up on camera.

So you'd have this population of people, looking up at the sky, going 'What is happening and why isn't anyone doing something about it? This is terrifying.'

And the media going.

'What is?'

The plot wouldn't resolve with anything being done about the tear in the sky. It would resolve when the people directly affected could prove SOMETHING IS WRONG.

IF they could prove it.

And also something something something about how news media shapes perception. Yeah.

I might be saying some obvious crap that everyone already knows, but I also didn't see anyone pointing this out, so...

I never really understood what this Surv's dream meant before, I never really thought about it. But then I focused on it and... These are ghosts of slugcats. 3 slugcats. The Survivor's family had 5 members. The Monk is ALIVE at the time of the Survivor's campaign. So... These are ghosts of his parents and 2nd sibling? Does this mean that the rest of his family never make it to safety and died in that rain - that's what got me 'cause I've never thought 'bout it this way

i'm convinced that if you locked PJO!Hades, Hadesgame!Hades, and Hadestown!Hades in a room together, it'll take 7 seconds before they start throwing rocks at each other despite having roughly the same personality (ie being a king unaware of how prideful he truly is, crushed yet inevitably shaped by his immense responsibility while also being a huge dickhead who's 3rd biggest personality trait is the fact that he's constantly beefing with the YouthsTM)

and they'd probably hate each other because, due to their pride, they'd each assume they were naturally the most competent at running the underworld and, again due to their pride, no Hades would appreciate his efforts being called sloppy or second rate
