I hate floating to critical care, even though I’m not taking critical care patients. I go to a critical care nurse for advice about literally anything and they do the equivalent of taking a long drag and going “you know, I once saw a patient’s intestines flip inside out and spell out the first line of Moby Dick” and I’m like “okay well.
