" beverly questions with a boldness that seemed to emulate her old self. it is a decent question at least they suffered so much and for so long. the lost years, the lost friendships and love and support. now beverly is trying to pick up the pieces of her life. does not help tom is dead. well, it does for her. bill flew out for support of the trial and of course the media ran with the headlines. how could she murder her own husband? though he was a piece of shit. nobody understood. beverly is fresh from a shower at her new house the robe clinging to her body and she drinks a tea ( some whiskey in it ) staring over at bill, her ginger hair wet against her back and her nails scrape over the rim of the mug. conflicted, yet ready for her life to finally begin. " you do not understand the hell he put me through for years... i am glad he is dead but no one is ever going to get the truth. " beverly had not known tom followed her to derry but pennywise also made sure he met his ultimate demise, still no body had been found and..... somehow the police pinned it on beverly. she is growing restless of the blame game but she can not admit what really happened. " my lawyer is good but... they don't offer the supernatural as an albi. " she rolls her eyes in a sarcastic tone and takes another chug of her tea. it burns but it does wonders to calm her nerves.
