My greatest angst as a foreign fan is that I want to write fanfiction but writing in my language about something I read/watch in english feels weird, and I don't have the skill to write as well as i'd like in english

#personal blabbering #this is SO EXASPERATING #in polish it's so weird because characters have their catchphrases and whatnots #and when i translate them theu feel so alien #and in english it's all bad grammar #limited vocabulary #so uncool #and it's still not as bad as being in japanese fandoms #the moment you start noticing their speech patterns in japanese #and even english doesn't help #sorry for all the textposts tonight
