ooh but i think he would want to cut his hair! i don't think there is much about the soldier that he gets to determine, like his clothing or his hairstyle. so when bucky gets to come back, it would not only be like 'im a different person now' but 'im going to be the one to control my appearance. i am going to look like bucky and never look like the soldier again'.
yeah i mean i know he would definitely cut his hair to erase the winter soldier part of him yeah yeah yeah. i was just saying that for me personally on an aesthetic level i prefer him with long hair bc long hair on guys = the best
