i think i may be taking the wrong adhd meds...
#i talked with my therapist today about my new doseage and she went into something about how my meds should reduce hyperactivity#and impulsivity#suddenly i realized my medication was increasing that behavior in me#it's a stimulant#it's basically having the effect it would have on a neurotypical person#so i think i need something that's a nonstimulant#especially after reading some pages on it#anyways back to zoom meetings with my psychiatrist while we try to figure#this shit out
