“if you don’t open that safe faster i swear i’ll blow your fucking head off!” standing over the older white male as he struggled to remember the combination to the safe, eden rolled her eyes and swiftly turned her attention to killian. watching him sniff a white powder substance off of his hand she mentally sighed to herself then turned back around to focus on the man. it was friday night, 10:34pm to be exact in las vegas and what better time to spend her 27th birthday than hitting a lick. of course eden would have rather liked celebrating by going to the movies or out for dinner like a regular person but she already knew that it wasn’t even an option. the only thing that was on his mind was getting his money. not once did he tell her happy birthday or even hint that he knew and it was almost midnight. no gifts, no card, nothing. eden didn’t even know why she’d think he would do something for her. she gave her hopes up once again. “please just take it all...” the old man cried while he opened the safe. irritated by the fact that it took him so long to open the safe, eden used her index finger to add pressure to the trigger and placed bullets right into his skull. watching as his body laid lifelessly on the floor she stepped over him then crouched down in front of the large safe soon stuffing the money inside of the duffle bag. after placing the money in the bag she she stood back up and blowed the dead man a kiss before jogging over to killian. “this should be about seven thousand.” seeing him turning out of the room to leave she followed behind him but then stopped in her tracks when something caught her eye. turning around she went over to the old man’s dead wife and kneeled down to snatch the wedding ring off of the woman's finger. staring at it for a moment she snapped out of her thoughts once she heard him screaming telling her to hurry up. slipping the ring into the pocket of her jeans she then rushed out of the room and soon the house.
