@new-king-moriarty is me, so if anyone wants to take a character PLEASE MESSAGE ME DIRECTLY. I am a minor, however, I do not mind suggestiveness as long as it's fairly appropriate.
This Blog is set 1782, the year of the death of John Laurens (That being said, feel free to have a post cannon John Laurens blog.) and a year after Jefferson got back from France. Madison is currently writing a draft of the Bill of Rights.
How the blogs work:
The characters write letters in their time, and through that, they get sent through the future into a text/tumblr post format. Madison will rarely talk about illegal things at the time, and only when he is alone in his present moment. DM me @new-king-moriarty if you have any questions or want a character :)

Kiss In The Rain
Today's weather brought nothing but hard rain.. almost as if it was made for today. Artur had developed feelings for Kurth during that time between meeting him in the marketplace and today, and.. it hurt him so badly to have to leave him, but Renais needed his aid, and he couldn't leave them either. just.. why? why was this so hard? Why did he have to choose between his duty and the one man he finally felt those kind of feelings toward? As he turned to face Kurth, he gave him what might be his final kiss for a while, not knowing when he'd return after he left tomorrow.
"Kurth.. thanks for everything. I have only one request of you, while there's still time left, before I have to go.. could you stay with me, just one last night?"
