after a failed mission nobody cant find anakin, except rex who knows that hes probably fixing some droids, bc that always helps him. he goes to anakin and quietly sits beside him, taking his hand. they talk for a long time, still holding hands and at some point ahsoka, fives and echo find them. rex is the only one who noticed them looking at him and anakin from the corner. fives shows him thumbs up.
