“Specifically the Gorgriffspidrascorp has the head of a Gorgon, the body of a Dragonne (which itself is a blend of Lion and Dragon), four legs and the web gland of a giant Spider--these legs ending in the talons of a Hippogriff (which are those of an Eagle), four legs of a Lion--these legs ending in the cloven hooves of a herd animal, the tail of a giant Scorpion, and the wings of a Dragon (which are those of a giant Bat).“
