"This better be worth it, Bella," Andromeda complained, though she was mildly happy to be out of the dorms. Anything with large crowds was not her thing, but being with her sisters allowed her some comfort in stressful situations.

She often felt ridiculous in costumes. Rarely did she feel confident enough to pull off whatever she was wearing. At least, Bella agreed to dress up with her.

the girl was current by the pool in her bikini given to her by calum, sketchpad in her lap and a pencil in her hand as her hand dances across the paper. her eyes flickered back and forth toward her phone as she looked at the photo of a temple they’d visited the day before. the girl was so captivated by the picture she was drawing, she hadn’t noticed the person approaching her.

“merry christmas my love!” she smiled, hugging the boy from behind, placing the large present in front of the boy. “open it.”

            she was sobbing, absolutely devastated from the events that had just occurred. her boyfriend’s best friend, bandmate, had just kissed her. of course she had immediately pushed him away, but she had also immediately fled the party she was attending, fleeing back to the hotel to tell calum. she knew he’d be mad, but she couldn’t like to calum, especially like this. isabel pounded on the door and sobbed, “calum! please open the door.”

“baby, baby.” she whined, shaking her boyfriend’s naked shoulder as she attempted to wake him up. it was 7:00am and she had woken up, unable to fall back asleep. they were currently at their hotel in berlin that they’d arrived at the night before for the upcoming show tonight. she huffed when she realized he wasn’t going to wake up so she slipped out of bed, not bothering to put any clothes on as she walked over to her bag, grabbing her sketchbook and pencil, returning back to the bed. she got back and covered her nude lower half with the sheets and she sat up, opening the book as she began to sketch, until she heard stirring next to her.

            ISABEL IMMEDIATELY RUSHED backstage to see him, he’d just gotten offstage and isabel couldn’t have been more proud of him as tears streamed down her face. it was his first world headlining arena tour and calum had just completely made the stage his own. his stage presence was overwhelming and she rushed into the dressing room, happy to see he was the only one in there. isabel threw herself on him, wrapping her arms around him tightly. “i’m so fucking proud of you, that was amazing.”

        “i don’t even know why you bothered to show up. you know this has been over for thirty fucking minutes right? i can’t fucking believe you.” she snapped, rolling her eyes as she turned away from him, going back to covering her paintings.

he was leaving in a few days, actually leaving. and isabel didn’t know when she’d see him again. if she was gonna be perfectly honest, the idea scared her because she couldn’t even remember a time she’d been this happy. calum brought out a side in her she never thought existed and now he was leaving and it was like she could feel her heart break in half. as she pulled into his driveway she let out a shaky breath, approaching his door. she was happy to see it was unlocked so she could surprise him. isabel smiled widely as she saw him with his bass in his hands on the couch, scribbling things down on a notepad with his headphones on, singing softly. she knew he wasn’t the most confident about his voice but she thought it was beautiful, she thought he was beautiful. isabel came up behind him and rested her head on his shoulder, taking one headphone out of his ear and whispered, “hey rockstar.”
