closed starter for @strawberrylaceswrites blake had just won the first race of the season in australia even after starting at P3 so he was very happy with that. he knew it was only the start but it was a positive start of the season which is what him and his team needed to stay in good spirits. blake had recently started dating his girlfriend mila and he knew this was going to be a tough season because he would want to be around her but also needed to be focus on the race. he was very lucky that milia had agreed to come to as many races as she could and with her being there for her first ever race in person and behind the paddock made it even more special. he knew she was a fan of the sport before they even met so it was nice to have her there supporting him. after he had done the interviews and de-brief and the whole spraying of champagne over each other, he went to find his girlfriend. As he walked into the paddock, he smiled at all of his team who congratulated him again and then found his way to Mila, "Well look at the most beautiful girl in the world and this paddock. how did i do? how was your first race in person and in the paddock?"
