James looked up with slightly panicked eyes as he heard the door open, “Shit.” He mumbled, Kiara still held in both of his hands and Kovu by his feet as he looked around the somewhat destroyed apartment. “Don’t come in!” He shouted. “Or like, close your eyes and walk in- or fuck, I don’t know, I think you seeing this is going to be pretty inevitable. It’s not like I can just keep you blindfolded for the next three to five business days.”

“Let me be clear: I don’t have a crush on him. I just enjoy looking at his face sometimes.” Scorpius commented from where he was sat with the other over lunch, his eyes casting to one of the older Aurors who was currently rolling up the sleeves of his shirt. “Oh shut up.” He commented with a roll of his eyes as he took a sip from his coffee cup, “Also don’t tell Chase I said that, I’ll end up on the couch.”

Meredith had never met Verity, though she knew who the other was- she had heard Sebastian talk about her and of course from the Quidditch matches she had gone too. Maybe it wasn’t by complete coincidence that she managed to find out where she would be this time of day and maybe it wasn’t a complete accident that she found herself bumping into the other girl - “Merlin, I’m so sorry.. I wasn’t watching where I was going.” Meredith played, blinking a couple of times at the other before feigning innocence, “Hey- are you Verity? Sebastian’s sister?”

“Why is it, that there is more of your shit lying around then there is mine.” James complained, picking up items of the others clothing, along with shoes as he made his way to the couch to drop it all next to his girlfriend. “Seriously- your stuff is everywhere. I keep finding your panties in my underwear drawer and nothing of my own, sooner or later I’m going to have to start wearing them because I can’t find any of my own clothes.”
