This is coming a little late and I admittedly didn't have much time to work on this, but happy birthday to @threeadventurers! I thought it would be poignant to draw an older Guybrush looking to Ocarina of Time's Young Link at the height of his innocence.
I think you really wanted art, but I can't draw, and I couldn't figure out something to write around what you have already written... so I hope you enjoy this lovingly handcrafted shitpost instead.
The Three Adventurers come across a small cabin in the forest after a long day of walking. Graham and Link are happy to see someone willing to help, but Guybrush is suspicious.
Things are definitely not what they seem in this forest, and when his friends mysteriously disappear in the night, that’s what Guybrush is out to prove.

Chapter 2 is finally up!! Thank you so much to @captmickey for making such a wonderful comic, and I sincerely hope everyone enjoys this one-- I had a good time writing it, and I’m just as excited for when I manage to finish chapter 3 as well. Promise there’ll be a happy ending-- I just need to get there first!
It's hard to lose our loved ones, but not hard to love the ones we lost.
This is for @captmickey's Three Adventures AU.I'm going through King's Quest again and I started thinking about them all being old men, and I got a little sad about. Just a little.
@threeadventurers Now featuring 92% less of a case of the sillies. (edit: full size 3600px wide image available here - if clicking the link doesn't work, try copying and pasting it instead) Some burbling about exactly what this is and a bonus image behind the cut.
Each mosaic pattern is made from 144 unique crops of that character (yes, 432 total) from comic pages throughout the archive up until mid-February 2025. I'm not sure if the pattern fill is placed so that you can actually see this, but Giggle is included in all three of the patterns. (Just trust me 😅)
Bonus version of Guybrush's mosaic:
His was the only one that turned out nice in this layer blending mode. I thought it had a neat texture to it. Graham's with its red overlay made the frames with a blue background pop too much visually, and Link's different shade of blond hair wasn't playing well with the green and I just didn't like the overall effect.
