Three Floyd's - Zombie Dust Finally getting a sample of this thanks to Beer Jerk. The aroma on this is hella Juicy... pineapple, sweet orange tropical fruity aromas etc. etc. Tasting this is like if you took a beautiful flower and brewed a beer with it, its pretty floral. It's incredibly balanced with a medium mouth, carbonation is spot on, and the citrus, juicy hops are all there. Finished off with a standard bitterness, not too much and not too little. Now, I understand why this beer is so popular. It has a slight resemblance to a local IPA by Kelso. It also has me thinking that it's sort of like Headdy-Topper, if it weren't a Double IPA? They have a similar flavor profile. I think Zombie Dust has the Kelso beat, but it's the next best alternative since we don't get FFF in NYC. Bottom Line: Juicy, Incredible Balance, Perfect Bitterness. You already know how great this one is so DRINK IT!
