i like to think that diavolo/doppio is a system. i mean they might as well be but still

im not a system im js going off of what i know and what i've personally observed from other individuals who are apart of a system. but uhh the wiki says "During his youth, the teenager named Diavolo was described as dim and timid, but well-meaning", so like,, maybe something happened that caused Diavolo to slowly become who he is today and also "split", creating Doppio

To me the way that usami died is especially devastating for ogata because it proves that even people who genuinely don’t feel guilt for killing other human beings can live and die happy. Ogata could have lived as if he were blessed if only he didn’t self sabotage over and over again. I wish ogata was forced to see tsurumi prove him wrong…
