Got another riddle for you!

Say you have two people who are ticklish. When you tickle Person A, they laugh almost immediately and try to get away. When you tickle Person B, they hold it in and refuse to admit it's bothering them.

A accuses B of being more ticklish, because they're clearly afraid to let out their reactions.

B accuses A of being more ticklish, because they can't control their reactions.

Who's right??*
