animation tip that helped me learn animation over the years is to learn how bounces work, the bouncing ball technique helps alot when you want to have smooth bouncy movement, literally deform movement by making your movement frames look "stretched", apply that to a part of your characters body thats moving and then when they cease movement make the part look normal, saves alot of thinking when you can just go "arm go wide then normal" and u can apply it to literally anything that you want to move (limbs, objects, etc)
