The Ticking

On a Saturday, at 12:35 my head was nestled in my pillow and I close my eyes ready for bed (note that I have a bunk bed). Suddenly I hear a subtle ticking, tick tick tick. It was dark and I was a little scared, I checked under my pillow and bed for the ticking but found nothing so I suspected it was my sister who was playing Sigrid on the Mac. The song ended and I still heard the ticking, I told my sister what I heard and we were both scared now (my mom listens to podcasts about hauntings and forces us to listen) we went to our parents room and asked our mom to come and investigate. She was too tired and told us it was probably the clock in our room, we turned to our dad and forced him to go into our room. I told him to put his head on the pillow and hear for a subtle ticking, he did not hear the ticking and proceeded to check under the pillow. He found nothing, I persisted there was something ticking. He looked up to the crevice in between the wall and bed frame from the pillow, and grabbed something out. It was a white cat watch.... We laughed for 8 whole minutes.
