So, I got Tomodachi Life and have been obsessed with it. I've been using two of my different accounts on my switch to be able to have more than one island. First is for myself, my gf, and a large assortment of my favorite characters. I can share pictures of that one later. But the second one is all Pokemon characters, mainly focusing on the train twins, my little headcanons for ships and families, and just adding in all my favorite characters from Pokemon.

So, Ingo and Emmet became fast friends, Johanna developed a crush on Ingo (I have them set as "irl" partners), Dawn is chilling there as well, plus Piers, Marnie, Elesa, and Skyla so far. Emmet & Piers and Elesa & Skyla are also set as "irl" partners. This is important to know cuz Emmet pretty quickly gets a crush on Piers and decides to ask for my help with the confession.

I'm all excited, anticipating Piers to say yes, then someone else stops them!

Ingo comes in to stop his brother from getting with the love of his life! And so I'm sitting here thinking, oh, Piers will choose Emmet for sure, cuz they were at least friends while he and Ingo barely knew each other!

Piers fucking chose Ingo! Breaking poor Emmet's heart! They asked if I thought they'd make a good couple, to which I said no, and they went their separate ways.

That still left poor Emmet all depressed! I luckily gave him snacks and stuff, and then dragged his asshole brother over to cheer him up cuz they were somehow still friends after all that.

This luckily cheered Emmet up, and they went on with their lives. So, with Emmet now happy again and still feeling some hope for his crush on Piers, I dragged him over so they could chat. But then a cutscene started playing.

Piers started going on and on about some story about a kettle, and Emmet got bored, losing interest in his romance with Piers. They're still friends at least, but none of this is going along with the canon in my head! I thought playing virtual dolls would be fun but now I'm just trying to smash these two idiots together like, fall back in love already!

In other news, Ingo and Johanna are great friends, and she still has a crush on him, and Elesa and Skyla are great friends too! Dawn and Marnie are getting along with everyone and just kinda chilling.

Anyway, that's what's going on in my little soap opera here. We'll see how this all resolves I guess!

Day 13, Favourite ship

I don’t really have a singular favourite ship, if I see a pairing and I find it cute it will be all I can think about for a week. I think if I had to choose an absolute favourite it would probably be between Whitenoiseshipping and Doublebattleshipping they’re the ones I come back to the most but again all ships are cute <3

I tried putting my thoughts on the ships in the tags but there wasn’t enough space so I’ll put them under the cut

ConductorShipping: I really like this ship I love all the artwork that’s made for it, they’re very cute together. I love the way their personalities play off of each other and I think their relationship would be sweet and filled with light hearted teasing and compliments.

DoublebattleShipping / Emmelyn: like I said above this one is one of my favourites I love the way people depict them together. Emmet can help Evelyn become more confident and less self deprecating whilst Evelyn can help Emmet through his self doubt and insecurities. Very sweet 10/10 would ship again.

BleachboneShipping: I saw some art for this one last year and thought it looked neat. I don’t quite like as much as like the others but I still think it’s really cool. They can be the best bug dads together🥰

WhitenoiseShipping / EmpierShipping: I also really love this ship I love how cute and flirty the artwork of them together are. They’re very sweet and fun together, Piers is patient encouraging and Emmets celebrity crush making him mushy and nervous makes me feral. In short I love them soo much

Trainwreckshipping: like bleachbone I don’t think about this one as much as I do with the others and in the beginning I didn’t like this one at all. All the art at the time made it look like they hated each other but my mind has been thoroughly changed after I saw more softer depictions of them like the one in the softwreck series and in Unova Re-Education and I now think about them more often.
