Summary: Charlotte's on a slow shift at the lounge when she notices Jack, one of her regulars, acting very strange, more cruel than usual. She tries to help him, keep him calm, but only succeeds in having his gun pointed at her head. By this point, she just hopes she can keep him from hurting anyone else.
