I feel like my only major complaint with the GO TV series is that I wish that the Them had a bigger part throughout. I feel they were probably cut because directing children and all that, and also because I’ve seen quite a few people complain about the bits of the book with the kids... but personally I’d really have liked to have seen them developed a bit more in the show. Pepper was great, and you could see how she countered War, but Wensley and Brian not as much. They kind of just had their introductions to characterize them and were kind of left at that. And the confrontation at the end went so easily. It did in the book as well, but it at least gave the kids the appropriate items so it felt a bit more natural.

Also, ok, I’m just a sucker for kids being kids and I thought the whole thing with their handmade swords and crowns and such were really precious.

Gameplay VLR>999>ZTD

Compulsion to keep playing ZTD>VLR>999 (beat ZTD in about 3-4 days, VLR took a lil more than a week, 999 I didn’t get all the endings til like several months after)

Ending Satisfaction 999>VLR>/=ZTD (i gotta replay VLR but at the very least I remember the ending actually feeling like it explained stuff, even if it was really confusing. ZTD explained nothing, and was still confusing. i feel like i didn’t actually beat it but. i think i did? actually maybe I should check)
