Rules and Regulations
Alright it's about time that one of these were made. For Tidal Torture there is going to be lengthy game play that could last for a few months at least. As such, rules need to be put in place to ensure that schedules are kept to and the game remains fun and exciting!
Character Applications As we are closing in quite quickly to the start date, a lot of the planning can't go underway until I know exactly who is using which characters and what they look like. The character application pack should consist of a completed character bio alongside a visual reference of the character. All three character application packs must be submitted by Sunday the 7th of September
Activity Notably activity was getting very low in the previous RP's and I don't want that happening for this one!! You don't need to be online every night but it is preferred that you at least bring your characters out into the chats at least 3 times a chapter. There is a lot of work going into this and I want it to be well used.
RULES
There are only two rules in this game and here they are:
No metagaming - Simple RP rule. Basically if you know something ooc and your characters have not yet received this information IC, then don't have them react to it. This also goes for those who know one of their characters are going to die, try not to play them as if they somehow "have a bad feeling they are going to die this week".
TL;DR Keep murders a secret and no planning.
Be inclusive - Please do try to speak to as many different characters as possible and don't leave anyone out. To go along with this rule please don't have a character be glued to one character for the duration of the story, try and spread out the interaction as the other player may want their character to have a bit of space. Please be mindful of this.
Finally please do not mix OOC and IC. If a character is mean to one of your characters or there is an IC argument please do not feel as if this is a personal attack from the player. As Tidal Torture is based off of Dangan Ronpa I fully expect there to be fights and distrust between the participants otherwise it will not feel realistic.
Please take this into account when thinking about participating and decide if this is the right RP for you.
