Smashup Chambers
Missed out on the ‘Speed Date The Investors Deadline’ ? Don’t worry, you can now huddle around startup rockstars and the junta with bean bags and moodas and off-course the squishies.
It’s a group discussion: No presentations, No gyan, No big boy talk!
You will experience candid conversations: Mistakes , failures and unsuccessful attempts. Dark Secretes to be revealed. Startups can pitch and get their cases/experiences critiqued.

Smashers Awards
A live game show, where 6 startups will pitch for the Smashers Award. Our Co Hosts: Mahesh Murthy, Alok Kejriwal and Vishal Gondal will back 2 of their mentee teams each who will pitch in front of the audience for 5 min each. The co-hosts will grill the startups from their opponents teams for another 5 min. This is where the learning and the fun begins. In the past some entrepreneurs have commanded tremendous support (read: rooting) and squishie balls while a few have picked up real lessons the hard way. Watch pitches from the past Smashers Awards.
Shout Fest & Open Pitches
If Smashup is for the startup + by the startup, then every startup should get a chance to voice their opinion and be heard. Open Pitches are short 90 sec slots in between sessions where our delegates come up on stage, grab the mic and speak. Shoutfest carries this engagement out in the foyer during the breaks.
Open Pitches and Shoutfest have been used to a) Create awareness about products/services b) Hire team members/interns OR Find employers c) Find potential co-founders or business partners d) Pitch to prospective customers
