Parallel between Aziraphale and Gabriel

As seen in 1941 and the "Everyday" flashbacks, both Aziraphale and Gabriel are given something by their respective partners. At first glance, it's a super sweet gesture, omg! Gift giving! Awesomesauce!

However, it's so much more than that. They're both angels, angels who aren't meant to own anything. They're not meant to be given anything because they should be complete with themselves. Then Crowley saves Aziraphale his books and Bee gives Gabriel a matchbox and "saves" him later on in the events of season 2. Both Aziraphale and Gabriel take in this moment with their whole selves, putting a hand on their heart because they are feeling love.

This love is like a message to them. To be given something should go against everything your existence stands for, yet here you are. You are still an angel, you won't be punished, you are allowed to want.

You are not meant to just feel love but to feel loved.

This might be super obvious but I wanted to post my realization to the world lolll....

I’m still trying to understand what’s the point of the Hall of forms. Only because i can’t merge them into anything or grab their skills. They also don’t come with the seals and... i don’t like the blue stars. I could merge into them but...

So. General writing update for my Inquisitor Dorian fic.

Finally finished the first draft of the outline for Act IV (the end!) It clocks in at only 21 chapters. *cough* I daresay that will change. Still, I know I have a LOT to wrap up in the fourth Act, and I don’t want to do it Game of Thrones style rush it.

Looking back at how far the fic has come, I can see where the seams are squiggly and the load gets heavy, but I’m enjoying writing it so much I honestly don’t mind. I can safely say it’s fairly unique, at least.

I can also say that I am uncommonly excited about how the art I commissioned for the final act is turning out too, and I can’t wait until it’s time to share it with you.

So... stay tuned. ;)

It'd be really funny if in the 90-minute movie (GO), Crowley asks Aziraphale to run away again, and he says no. Cause that'd be hilarious. (Coping)

He'd say no and say he would like to stay on Earth. Loving him and humanity for the rest of his eternal days. ❤️

I remember when that one guy (side eye) said how Aziraphale and Crowley really weren't the type to celebrate holidays. Because screw him and also why not I like to think that once Aziraphale and Crowley get back together, they learn to appreciate holidays with each other more. Like yes, Aziraphale and Crowley are celebrating National Donut Day(even though that's an American thing,) how is this even a question ????🤨🤨
