Til Bugga
Til Bugga is a traditional sweet delicacy that is widely liked specially during the winters in the North Indian region. The sweet is very rich and has a melt in the mouth texture. It is mainly prepared in the Punjabi culture around the winter festivities such as Makkar Sakranti or Lohri etc. The main ingredient of the Til Bugga recipe is Til or sesame seeds. Consuming sesame seeds in any form is very good for the health.
