To those of you who don't know Tim on a personal level he is honestly one of the coolest guys I have had the good luck to meet. A really down to earth cool guy. On a profession level he is one of the worlds great sharpers. His boards can be found around the world
After spending 3 day of the surf expo 2012 next to Tim and and his crew we became good friends. Tim invited us down for a tour of his shop and shaping room in San Clemente, ca . While I was there Tim reminist about making and shaping Handboards and hand-planes and decided to show us his version. unfortunately i wasn't super prepared and lost battery half way through but I learnt a lot from a genius shaper.
