Successfully painted my first metal miniature.
As it turns out, kenku spellcaster miniatures are hard to come by. Fortunately, Reaper Miniatures has one available. Despite owning a reasonably good stock of kenku/tengu figures, even my prepainted miniatures collection was no match for my newest D&D group. The party contains multiple kenku characters, which is entirely unheard of!
As a temporary measure, the party druid has been using a generic looking kenku with a wand. I ordered this some time ago, but did not have any primer on hand. I only just got around to painting it, which is very good timing seeing how there are only two or so session left in the minicampaign. So much for the old adage...
