          His attire was far  s t r a n g e r  than any fashions she had           seen  or  read about before. Even across the sea, she was           certain  they  didn't  have  fabrics  that  matched  that,  let           alone  men  wearing  necklaces in the shape of bows. And           yet,  she  was  no  stranger  to  being  ignored.   Her  mind           wandered  as  she  sat  in  the  gardens,  wondering  if the           other had been lost, only to be scoffed at as she normally           was.

          Gathering the skirt of her dress, the young woman took a           deep breath, wondering if it was suicide to approach him,           or if she should truly care if it was or not.

               "Excuse me-- are you lost? I just-- I haven't seen                 you around before. I wanted to make sure,"

The Doctor smiled smugly as he felt her jump underneath his hands, the look on her face made it so worth it. “Only one. I can’t tease you if both go can I.” He confirmed with a smirk as they fell quickly into the routine of teasing one another. “I’m sure you weren’t. I mean, why would you ever do such a thing. It’s just not in your nature.” He said sarcastically as he pulled her into a hug.

She laughed and hugged him tightly, glad that he was just as he ever was. "It is so good to see you." Pulling back from the embrace, she looked him over as if examining him for missing limbs. "You appear to still be in one piece. Where have you been? I haven't seen you in quite some time."
