I am very intrigued by Time Loop Kai, would you care to explain

I’m going to warn everyone that this au gets dark, and everything you read is copied and pasted from discord with little tweaks. I am also on mobile, and I can’t remember the trick for putting read more on.
Tw: limb loss, asylum, character death
So, Kai starts to get into a time loop. Nothing harmless about that right? You would be right but it’s gonna get dark. Kai is wondering what the hell is going on, and has a freak out/break down about it. The others are wondering what the hell is going with Kai. So I don’t know what they were thinking but not right apparently because they sent him to an asylum. After waking up after that, he looks at his family. They don’t remember anything, only he does. Nothing is going to matter anymore because no one will believe him. So he just gave up, then his eyes start to become dull. It was a bad thing that he gave up, because that leads to big bad for him.
So the time loop continues and one day (no pun intended) Kai gets his leg cut off. By the time he woke up after that, the leg was still missing. Now normally, Kai would have freaked out, but he didn’t. You know something is definitely wrong when he isn’t reacting to that. Time goes by again until THANK GOD ACRONIX SHOWS UP! He knows there’s a time loop and when he saw Kai, he immediately went “Oh fck he has chronoplane.” Chronoplane is when your stuck in time loop and will eventually get erased from time itself. And Kai was already on stage 2.
Acronix asked how the hell Wu missed this. Yeah, it is hard to tell if someone has that, but Wu knows about the signs and should have gotten a cure sooner. Now it’s a race to find that cure before Kai disappears. The ninja pair Acronix up with Cyrus to see if they can slow this down. Worrying that they’re hard work might get erased, Acronix put a time spell on their work which means what ever happens the work stays the same. So that happens and on the final day, they got attacked by evil scientists who actually planned to erase Kai from the beginning and the other ninjas as well. By the time the battle is over, it’s already too late for Kai to take the cure.
So he has his final moments lying on the floor. Acronix finds Kai and holds him tight. Exchange:
K: Acronix, am I going be erased from time?
A: I’m afraid so.
K: Does that mean everyone is going to forget me?
A: No, no, no. You’ll be remembered by me and my brother.
K: So I won’t be completely forgotten?
A: No, you won’t.
K: That’s nice. Acronix?
A: Yes Kai?
K: Is this gonna be worse than death?
A:...I don’t know. I promise I’m going to make it up to you though. I’m going to bring you back.
K: Really?
A: Yes, really.
Kai smiles and lets out his last chuckle.
K: Thanks for trying to help me.
And as Kai closed his eyes, the days resets, and Kai is gone forever. Acronix feels so bad for Kai. He didn’t need to go through this, so that’s why Acronix was going to try everything to bring Kai back. He goes to Cyrus who threatens to call the ninja. But Acronix tells Cyrus he(Acronix) wants help. There was an invention that they both worked on along with a camera and a photo. Cyrus knows Acronix is lying but checks it out anyway. Only to find he wasn’t. Cyrus demand Acronix to explain what’s going on, so he does. Cyrus agrees to help Acronix bring Kai back.
So they start to work on an invention, and the ninjas find out Acronix is here. Cyrus explains that they’re bringing someone back, Nya’s brother. Nya tells Acronix that she was an only child, but he shows her a photo of Kai with the ninjas. Nya doesn’t believe it, but if that person is really lost in time, then they won’t stop him.
So they start to get to work again. They failed a lot, but they weren’t discouraged. Then one day, while doing a test run, they got Kai back. But he didn’t look great at all.
Kai, who has probably been alone for what felt like centuries to him, looked at Acronix. Kai cried and hugged Acronix, and he hugged back. Cyrus felt like he knew Kai, but assumed he did when he wasn’t erased from time. Unfortunately, everyone still don’t remember Kai.
