Too Late?
I love sleeping and constantly wish I could sleep a little more. But college students, especially those who attend Berkeley, cannot afford such luxuries. What I had intended to be a quick 10 minute nap turned into a 45 minute-long slumber. Fatal. Was almost late for my history class. Despite saying I love my sleep, I actually receive very little - ironically. But ever since entering college, I find that I’m not the Sleeping Beauty that I claim to be. I’ve actually been waking up earlier in college than I had in high school.
All my classes start at 8:00 AM in the morning. 8:10 AM if you go by Berkeley time. So to wake myself up in the morning, I usually have my phone by my bedside to act as an alarm. Only on one occasion, I was being rather clumsy and dumb and set my alarm to 7:00 PM, not AM. However, despite my mix up, I still managed to wake up at 6:50 AM. God how I love my internal clock! It’s amazing! My sense of time is on point!
