Series 3 really does give us some great toxic yaoi moments. Lister burning Rimmer’s trunk instead of his guitar, Rimmer manipulating Lister into literally giving him his body and then later hijacking it, Rimmer altering the course of history so that Lister can’t be happy with someone else

~ Appearing on a seventeen year old Lister, who was performing with his band Smeg and the Heads at the Aigburth Arms. Denim on Denim, bedazzled to hell and back, glitter across the cheeks and throughout the hair, jewellery to catch the light and impress, Denim Baby Lister is as fabulous as he is adorable. I think that in retrospect, one of the funniest red dwarf bits was in timeslides with the tension sheet.
They really just created a timeline where Lister changed his entire future and became a billionaire for inventing pop-its.

Timeslides: After discovering that they're able to literally step into the past through photographs, Lister resolves to change his past, become a multi-millionaire and never board Red Dwarf. Rimmer however, is less satisfied with this new reality.
