Finally! The book is in my greedy hand! If you haven't read "Extreme Ownership" by the same author (and Leif Babin) yet, do yourself a favor and read it. As far as books that should be required reading for the human race, it's on the list just below "How to Win Friends and Influence People." I listened to that book three times and read the hardcopy twice. It changed how I manage my teams and even how I handle relationships outside of work.
