These are a few of many real life Black Girls/Women I saw folk harass and bully in real time over fictional characters. At least 3 deleted their social media. Two are/were literally children. One was blacklisted. One has been in the same horrific fandom for approximately a decade. There were many more, but I chose these. A wide range of skintones and ages, and I know some ofyou will see this and easily be able to sound off more names...
THIS is a Black Female Character Appreciation and Protection Space, but more importantly, it is a Black girls and women appreciation and protection space.
If you ever participated in harassing and bullying Black girls or women online, or otherwise, I wish you the worst. I hope bad things happen continuously in your life, to you and people you hold dear. I hope ancestors show up and show out and that life beats you up and turn around and beats you down.
I'm feeling quite emotional now and I'm sure I will be a mess after the finale is over.
Few years ago, when I came across Titans it gave me a vibe of found family which is my favourite trope and I immediately started watching it. I'm so glad I found this show. I saw Anna as Kory and immediately fell in love with her and The Grayson Fam will always hold a special place in my heart.
As much as I loved this show, I also has my fair share of complaints on how things should have went. But, it's a waste of time and energy on things I have no control. So, I will just focus on the positive things.
First, thank you so much to everyone in this fandom who supported me and gave me and others such a wonderful experience with your contents.
I had a bad time with the tvd fandom where I once was a part of a certain ship, but it became so toxic, entitled that I no longer identified with them. This experience made me hesitant to enter a fandom again.
However, I'm glad for joining the Titans Fam, who made me feel welcome, where everyone is equal and everyone's voices are heard. No captain superiority bullshit here.
There might be clashes of opinions, which for me it's normal to what I have been through in the past.
Second, I was so scared for Kory when the show was not doing justice to her. I thought here I go 'another Bonnie Bennett' (trust me her storyline gave me anxiety for every POC characters). I'm glad that didn't happen. She is alive, badass and a powerful Queen and this season she is kicking everyone's ass.
Gar, my cute handsome boy got to shine this season. And, we got Mar'i, Dickkory, Gar and Rachel all together as a family.
I will miss them.
Once again, thank you so much to everyone for your love and support. 💜💙💚🖤
Direct Message Request from @decadentrebelkitten : Could I request a Titans Dick Grayson crossover w/ Marvel where the reader is the daughter of either Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver or Bucky Barnes? She has similar abilities to the Scarlet Witch or has the super soldier serum in her bloodstream. She meets Dick and the rest of the Titans when S.H.I.E.L.D are hosting the Titans when a villain accidentally transports them to their universe?
A/N: Thank you so much for requesting, I love this idea! Hope you enjoy!

Dick Grayson x-reader
Music bounced off the walls of my bedroom, coming from the speaker on the side of my computer. I sat on the floor with a clean towel spread out in front of me as I applied a light coat of nail polish on my index finger. The slight hum of music put me at ease as I hung out in my room. "Awe, dammit," I muttered as a little bit of the polish slid to the side of my finger. Luckily, the nail polish hadn't smudged the design on my finger. The light music slowly came to an end as I finished up with painting my nails.
I waved my hands around to see if the polish would dry quicker. A pattern of knocking sounded from my bedroom door. "Come in!" I hollered, getting up from the carpeted flooring of my room. My mother - Wanda Maximoff - walked through the door of my room. I looked up at her and smiled in a welcoming manner.
"How's my favorite hero doing?" she asked, walking into my room.
I shrugged my shoulder in response and waved my hand, watching as the small bottle rose from the carpet and back onto my vanity. My mother shook her head in amusement while she sat down on the edge of my bed.
She brought her legs up to her chest, watching me as I cleaned up my room using my abilities. Acquiring these powers, was a lot harder than I had expected; but luckily I had gotten a lot better as the years progressed, to the point where Fury even considered me being apart of the team.
My mother was a little hesitant of me joining the team, but with some convincing from the others - and myself - she was finally in agreeance with the decision. A chime like sound rang from the speaker at the corner of the rooms ceiling.
My mother and I furrowed our brows, our heads turning to the sound. "Debriefing in the control room," Steve's voice echoed throughout my room. My mother looked back at me, motioning for me to follow her.
She grabbed my hand as the two of us made our way over to the control room. Steve sat at the head of the table with Tony by his side, the rest of the team sitting in their normal spots. "As you know, a team of heroes just like us from another reality will be staying at the compound for the next few days," Steve said with crossed arms. Tony reached forward and waved his hand. Eight individual pictures of the teammates popped up on the screen.
"Dick Grayson, Nightwing, leader of the Titans. Kory Anders, Starfire, princess of the planet Tamarin. Jason Todd, Robin, one of Bruce Wayne's sons," Natasha read, "Dawn Granger and Hank Hall, once a superhero duo called Hawk and Dove. Rachel Roth, Raven, the daughter of a demon king forsay. Gar Logan, Beastboy, he has the ability to transform in animals like a lion or snake. Last but not least - my personal favorite - Donna Troy, Wondergirl, she was trained by Wonder Woman herself."
"Each member has special abilities. Like, Rachel for example, she has the ability to absorb emotions, enabling her to feel the feelings of others. Similar to Wanda and Y/N, she has telekinesis. Rachel can levitate off the ground and fly," Bruce stated. He walked back and forth with his glasses in hand. "Pretty badass," I commented, earning a smirk from Natasha.
"And why're they here?" Clint asked with crossed arms, leaning back in his seat. "Slade Wilson," Tony responded. With a whip of his hand, a picture of the Titan's villain appeared on screen. A photo of Slade Wilson popped up at the middle.
The man had a blank expression on his face, something that you wouldn't want to see if you were his victim. "According to Dick Grayson, he's killed multiple people to get his way, similar to what we've dealt with in the passed," Tony continued.
"This man was able to transport himself onto our reality. Dick and his teammates, aren't sure how he did it. All they know is one second he was there and the next second he was gone," Steve added, "The Titans should be here later tomorrow." I couldn't help but blush at the sight of Dick Grayson. His brown eyes were striking the longer I looked at the photo. I shook the feeling away once Tony swiped the screen away.

(Next Day)
The Titans had been here for about two hours and I already loved them. Each of them had their own little personalities. Jason was interesting, he was a little more mysterious than I had imagined. As for the rest of the team, Dick Grayson was just as handsome in person than he was in the photo. Of course, my mother immediately noticed my cheeks grow pink when he introduced herself.
Her and Natasha hadn't stopped teasing me about it. The team and I still hadn't figured out where Slade was, but from further investigation we later learned that he was still in the city. This guy was good at hiding. My mother and I stood in the kitchen, preparing a welcoming meal for the guests.
I leaned over the cutting board and grabbed a carrot. Mother shot me a smile as she poured some spices into the pot. "Can you pass me the pepper?" she asked, her accent coming through slightly.
I nodded and handed her the shaker. My mother thanked me before putting in a little bit of the pepper. "How's the cooking going?" Nat asked, walking into the kitchen. "Great," I replied as I walked over to the table to lay out plates. "Our guests are settling in perfectly. Gar asked if we had any video game's. Of course he found Peter's stash in the living area," Natasha stated.
My mother and I chuckled. "Dinner smells great," Dick complemented, making his presence known as he walked into the eating area.
I looked up from the table, smiling. Dick shot me a smile and stepped over to the counter. "We just thought that you and your friends should feel welcome," I said, joining my mother's side. She turned off the stove and set the pot on the side before grabbing several clean bowls.
Natasha and I helped my mother bring the bowls and steaming pot to the wooden dining table. "My team and I appreciate your hospitality," Dick said, standing at the kitchen table.
"It's our pleasure. I'm just happy that there are finally people my age," I said, "It's hard being apart of a team with oldies." My mother whacked me on the back of the head, Dick snickered at my comment (GIF Above).
I felt my cheeks become a light pink color. Natasha poked my side and poured herself some soup just as the others made their way into the kitchen. "Boy am I starving!" Gar said, wiping his hands.
"Gar, manners," Rachel muttered and nudged his shoulder. Gar shot her a look as the two of them grabbed their individual bowls. I grabbed my bowl and poured my mother's favorite soup into the bowl.
I grabbed a glass of water then made my way over to the patio at the front of the compound. The night breeze brushed up against my arms as I sat down in front of the railing. The silver moon hung loose in the sky, letting out it's shadow.
I let my legs drape over the side of the patio with my dinner plate sitting beside me. "You know you should really be careful by the way you're sitting," someone said from behind me. I glanced over my shoulder and saw Dick Grayson standing in the doorway of the patio.
Dick sat down beside me and put his legs in the same position mine were. The two of us looked out, watching the wind brush against the front lawn.
"So you're Wanda's daughter?" Dick said.
I smirked and rose a hand to reveal blue waves floating above my fingertips. The corner of Dick's mouth raised at the sight of my ocean blue abilities. "Suit's you," he said with a nod of his head. He took a bite of his dinner before setting the bowl beside him.
I smiled and looked back at the moon. "So, how long have you been Nightwing?" I questioned. He glanced at me with a brow raised. "What? I did some of my own research," I said with a shrug of my shoulders.
He chuckled and shook his head in amusement. Our conversation was interrupted by a knock at the frame of the patio door. Dick and I turned around to see Donna Troy - Dick's teammate - standing there with a smirk.
"We're all gonna play a game if you two wanna join," Donna said. "We'll be right there," Dick said. Donna nodded and left the two of us alone. My new friend stood up from the ground and extended a hand.
