Premise: Prompt fill for Steter week last(?) year that I never cleaned up - Bindings. It's a 'forced' marriage but like in the loosest sense lol
"How are you so calm?" Scott looked so confused.
"Because the selection here is like ten times better than the mall." If Scott was going to be vague Stiles was going to pick the most amusing of the interpretations. Also, the suit shop really was awesome and he was going to take every opportunity to point it out. Instead of having to pick through three different off the rack suits, there were dozens of high quality formal wear options for him to try on! Most of them outside his price range with him still being a poor college student, but a single day rental was within his budget.
"Stiles," Scott talked off with a sigh before trying again. "We can find another way, I'm sure of it. Just give Deaton and the others a little more time."
Turning back to the mirror, Stiles shrugged his shoulders to check the fit - not bad - and reminded himself that Scott was just worried about him. It was wildly unnecessary in this instance, but it was nice to know he cared about Stiles' happiness.
"You don't have to do this." Scott earnestly insisted once again and that was it.
The final straw.
"No, I don't have to." Stiles agreed, tugging his lapels straight and smoothing the front of his jacket with a sharp swipe of his hands before turning to face Scott again. "But I'm gonna."
