Coricopat and Plato being attached at the hip in ‘Bustopher Jones’, Zurich 1992. Probably Alexander Riff as Plato and Adam Richard Jones as Coricopat. Pouncival is T J Hee, and Bustopher is Rory Campbell.

1 - Coricopat bows to Bustopher, and Plato hops down from the oven to join him.

2 - “... the name of this Brummell of cats!” - Coricopat and Plato got separated for a second there. Thank goodness that’s over!

3 - (wide gif) “And we’re all of us proud...” They come downstage and Coricopat tries to catch Bustopher’s tail. Skimbleshanks chases them away and Mistoffelees hurries in from the left.

4 - “For a similar reason” - Coricopat turns to talk to Plato and doesn’t realise Plato has already broken formation and edged up close to him. They bump! They grab each other.

5 - “Not at Fox’s, but Blimp’s” - Coricopat starting to get excited over Bustopher’s litany.

6 - (wide gif) “Frequently seen at the gay Stage and Screen” - I kid you not, that nose-boop lands right on the word ‘gay’.

7 - Looking full of gloom.

8 - “Cabbage, rice pudding, and mutton.” Oh, it’s too much. Hold me!

After this, Coricopat briefly abandons Plato and goes to chat with Pouncival, but it doesn’t last long. There is kicking involved.
