What are some suggestions for content? Some of you have mentioned my stretching routine, a day in the life, and someone even mentioned making a video about my favourite movies lol. I’m not sure what kind of content I would be pulling out, outside of taekwondo, but I would like to hear your input!

I have my red-black exam on the 20th. Starting to feel a little nervous already. I can’t wait for it though. I’m probably going to share some pictures on Instagram and what not. Ahh man. How did it feel for your black belt exam?
Ooo that’s exciting! My first black belt exam I was so nervous that I was shaking and gave myself a sore throat hahaha. But I was more excited because all those years of training and competing really showed when I was doing my forms and sparring. But oh man it was a long, tiring, and excruciatingly difficult exam!
