There seemed to be two conflicting emotions battling each other between the two young people on the bench. The day Zoe had found out that she could leave the Island for even just a weekend she was beyond excited. Her recent breakup with the unwanted relationship that had caused a lot of family issues had her down but now...she was feeling her first moment of excitement. Warren on the other hand seemed nervous, even just when Zoe went on about leaving. “Oh! I have a whole bunch of stuff I want to do mainland! I want to party as hard as I can and do as much embarassing things as possible. It’s not like it will matter. No one knows me there.” She rambled as she clutched her bag. “Aren’t you excited, Warren? The first time you will ever be off this island. What do you think you want to do first?”

 “Hey, it’s going to be fun you know? I will make sure you have a good time.” Zoe said as she picked up on his nerves. She reached her hand out and took his.

 Not even five minutes into the ferry ride and Lucian was having a full blown episode once again. People knew just how to push his buttons and with the excitement of the crowd already stirring things up Lucian began to tick when one person becan to push his anger all until Lucian turned around quick and decked the guy in the face with full forced anger. Once the guy was down and not saying anything else, Luc huffed and looked around. “What you got anything you want to fucking add?”

JD kinda stood off to the side, phone pressed against his ear as he spoke to some of his officers back a the island, just letting them know how things were going so far on the ferry over seeing as this was all hanging on his shoulders to make sure it all went smooth.. the older man let out a heavy sigh before speaking to the person in the other hand, but also just like that he heard someone call out to him behind him, “-- I’ll call you back later ok.. Great-- bye..” he muttered into his phone before turning around, giving his attention to the source of the voice..

“Go mainland, they said. It’ll be fun, they said.” Michael said these words with a mocking tone, and then pointed at the cut on his cheek. “You see this? I went to Disney and tripped on the sidewalk and ate shit. Spent the rest of the night in the ER. I’m never going back. Fuck the mainland.”

It was definitely the most ridiculously childish thing to request but when Johnny asked Zoe where they should go when they went to the mainland she knew exactly the place and booked the tickets seconds later; she was forcing Johnny to take her to Disney. Zoe skipped through the gates towing her father behind her and a smile across her face that would be very hard to budge. “Oh my god. You don’t know how badly I wanted someone to take me here as a kid but never got to.” She beamed at her father. She knew that he would dread every moment of it but she needed time with him and he knew that. “Thanks for agreeing to this, dad... it really means a lot to finally be able to go here.”

“Maybe I will, maybe I won’t,” was Harmony’s response when she was asked if she would be heading to Florida for the weekend. “Why do you wanna know?”

“Can you like-- stay still?” Torrance asked the person sitting next to her. “Seriously, you’re going to make me seasick.” The brunette wrinkled her nose slightly, glancing over the edge of the ferry before looking back at her seat mate. “What, are you like, scared of water or something?”

“Wait, what? I just got here and they already want to send me back? What, is there something wrong with me or something?” Liesl was taken aback by the mainland excursion going on that weekend, although her reaction was mainly a joke. She didn’t really want to go back--she’d just gotten there and had barely even explored the place.
