Remus's gaze, completely of its own accord and defying all logic and moral codes, dropped to her lips. For a moment, he imagined what this 'personal trade' might look like in an ideal universe. How he would simply lean forward—just a couple of inches—and find out if they tasted exactly as he had imagined in his most reckless dreams. "But a pastry isn't enough," she continued. "I want something... truly personal." The realisation of this phrase hit him like an electric shock. Remus snapped his gaze back to her eyes, feeling a flush of heat wash over his face. He desperately hoped she hadn't noticed his momentary 'system glitch', but Tonks's smile, widening and becoming slightly more knowing, suggested otherwise. "Then perhaps..." he began, having absolutely no idea what to offer. His brain had gone into emergency reboot mode. His pulse was hammering right in his ears.

I'm stuck home with a cold, binge watched Young Royals to overcome my addiction with RWRB (fantastic idea to overrule one hyperfixation with another, really), and to top it off, made the absent minded decision to read TLND from the start again.
