When this show is silly, it's really silly.
I also love that this is not a wuxia, but there's wuxia meta.
Narrator: Gu Ying can not, in fact, leap on roofs or over walls, and Guo Deyou is buttering her up a little.
But in the next scene, she's rampaging through a brothel with her wooden sword to retrieve and possibly punish her man, and people are calling her 女侠, nǚxiá, which the subtitles translate simply as swordsman, but is probably more like "female xia", the knight errant/martial arts hero of wuxia and xianxia fiction. Which is how she sees herself.
