Every time I listen to The Hunchback of Notre Dame songs, a prequel fic to Storm’s The Monarch, The Jester, and The Knight involving Oliwia becoming a knight and having to deal with her deplorable excuse for a pastor while she’s at it while trying to make friends.

Yes, most of the songs will probably be from The Hunchback of Notre Dame, but there might be some other songs sprinkled into it.

They got officially introduced during the most recent chapter of the magnum opus fanfic (chapter five), and I decided to draw this. In one sitting. My arm hurts.

Anyways here's where they were during the second chapter: The Crown (aka Tristan's Coronation chapter)

Anyways the avian is Kaywinnet (my persona), the tabaxi is Foster ( @the-unlucky-foster) and the cloud creature is Maika ( @ex1stingtod4yy). They are background characters. Background characters that have gotten into some weird ass hijinks (that usually happen during patrols). Foster, Maika, if either of you have any ideas of what sort of hijinks have happened to them, lemme know!

So during that prologue scene in The New Knight of Moorsborough, three people attacked Oliwia.

Ryan and Finn did all of the attacking while Ara ransacked her satchel. Since everyone was too frozen in shock to do something, Ren stepped in to do something, just as Oliwia’s parents arrived.

Ryan was the only one put in jail because his partners for the attack were literal middle schoolers. Their parents were merely fined.

How long would Ryan be in jail? (Not prison, jail)

And yet, she only has a problem with Ryan because he is really annoying. Seriously, their first interaction was in the prologue, where he yelled, “COME HERE YOU STUPID BITCH” while she was tossing stones in a well.

man I dunno how long Ryan would be in jail, honestly I can imagine him being put in one of those medieval headlock things or something (I mean, considering my fantasy au is a mix of medieval and steampunk, I think you could get creative with it)

Anyways, poor Oli, girly was just tossing stones in a well when all of a sudden, she gets fucking jumped.

After Oliwia was promoted to a knight, the pastor began stalking her.

She started seeing him more often, but then it slowly got more obvious he was following her.

He even had to be chased off during a night where canid kobolds and werewolves get together to sing songs and dance that Oliwia was attending solely because Aubrey invited her.

This all came to a head when the pastor decided to burn the place, thus causing The Great Moorsborough Fire

Anyways the night that canid kobolds and werewolves have sounds fun <3

In the kingdom in which Oliwia lives in, Aubrey was impaled by the Reverend during the Great Fire. (It was a thing)

With a sword.

Due to werewolf logic, she survived. The sword barely missed her spine.

I’ve also imagined Oliwia’s home being similar to Central-Eastern Europe in a way. Architecture, cuisine, and culture, in a way, with a hint of the French. Question is, what do we name this kingdom?

Anyways uh. I'm not sure what to name the kingdom. I have names for some of the other kingdoms, but for them? Not sure. Though the kingdom does sound very pretty.

Although randomly, and this is not plot related at all, I have named the kingdom that knight!Winnie originally came from. It's called Calaware, try to see if you can piece together that lol
