I think the big question here is who proposes toastedghost. cuz like obviously toast wound he's rich he can but I think it better with ghost proposing with like a cheap walmart ring and is very anxious that it isn't enough but toast instantly crying cuz oh man he loves ghost so much

I love both of these but I must propose an Alternate Concept: both of them propose and hijinks ensue

Ghost is extremely stubborn, and hates going to others for advice, but he literally has no fucking clue what he’s doing here, so he puts his pride aside and goes to Spooker and Colon. Colon proposed to Spooker a few months ago, who accepted wholeheartedly, and Ghost asks the now-fiancés how Colon did it. The answer is pretty underwhelming, if Ghost is being perfectly honest. Apparently, he took him to fucking Chuck E Cheese and proposed in the kids’ play area. Ghost uses all of his self-control to not slam his head into the table.

Eventually he decides, “fuck it, I’ll just do it on a mission. That’s something we both like, and it’ll be a surprise.”

Unfortunately, unbeknownst to him, Toast is currently talking to his family, explaining how he plans to propose on their next mission. He takes the engagement ring that’s been passed down through his family’s generations, putting it safely in a pocket of his tool belt.

They both talk pretty much nonstop to Spooker and Colon about their plans, both making them promise not to say anything. True to their promise, neither of them mentions that they’re both planning to propose on the exact same day.

The mission itself is chaos. After the stress of running around an abandoned building blindly for 3 hours completely distracted by their plans for afterwards, and barely managing to actually capture the Ghost because of the discord, they’re both exhausted. Nonetheless, after they catch the entity, they each turn to each other with a gleam in their eyes.

“Hey, uh, I have to tell you something,” Ghost says a little too loudly to be casual.

“Oh, what a coincidence Sir, I have to tell you something as well.”

“Oh, well I guess it’s better if I just show you.” Ghost fumbles with his satchel until he retrieves a small wooden box, before moving to take a knee.

“I—Sir. Wait, hold on,” Toast stutters, face flushed, looking flustered. He turns away slightly, fidgeting with a flap on his tool belt.

Hurt flashes on Ghost’s face as he responds, “Oh a-alright.” He tries to keep his composure, but feels a prickling sensation in his eyes nonetheless. He can’t bring himself to stand, too embarrassed.

Meanwhile, Toast digs out his own ring, feeling giddy. He turns back to Ghost, not expecting to be met with a look of shame and hurt, and immediately his excitement turns to worry.

“Oh, oh no. Sir that’s not what I meant.” Confusion flashes across Ghosts face, mingling with the grief. “You see, we had quite similar ideas, I believe.” He opens his palm, uncovering a tiny, hinged, ring box, intricate designs carved into the face.

Ghost’s face lights up almost instantly. He laughs — a little brokenly, but it rings with relief.

“No fucking way,” he says, incredulous.

“Yes fucking way.”

It’s with shaking hands that they each pull out their rings, sliding them onto the other’s finger. Toast smothers his giggle into a simple twitch of the lips at the sight of the plastic gumball-machine ring placed delicately between the cushions within the box - faux diamond and all.

The kiss that follows seems inevitable, like two stars crashing into one another, a kilonova in action.

Spooker and Colon laugh their asses off at their expense afterward, but Ghost is too dazed from the impact to snap back - well, as much as he usually would at least.

LarryDaCat or “Larry Da’ Cat” is a well known artist in the VenturianTale community, they are a 16 year old girl who has been on DeviantArt for 2 years and in the time span has created a good reputation in the community. BUT no one seems to be talking about a post they made on April 21 of last year (2017), now you may be asking “Well why are you talking about this??? It’s old!” Well they haven’t apologized for anything they’ve said in it and haven’t taken it down and brush it off as a joke uses excuses such as “UwU sorry I was just in a little meltdown lol” Heres what they start out with on this journal entry,

Now I understand not liking a ship, y’know it’s really all opinion based if it’s not canon, but this really takes a bit turn

They go on to literally say they want to commit suicide just because of this ship, and then yell “How would this ship ever be approved!!!”, How would it make Toast and Ghost feel uncomfortable? They’re fictional characters, they have literally flirted with eachother. And then they compare it so Septiplier, you know, a ship with two REAL people, and not fictional characters. And then they say “UwU yea I don’t care if you ship it, it just makes me wanna kill myself lol”

Yea uhhh,,, shipping Toast and Ghost isn’t that far off from canon, Ghost literally relies on Toast for almost everything, they are always there for eachother, they have both said they loved eachother in canon numerous times, whether you ship it or not you have to admit they are very close to eachother so shipping it would make sense, and besides again they are fictional characters, just because they aren’t our characters doesn’t mean we can throw our own spins onto them, besides remember the time you genderbent Jimmy Casket and shipped Ghost and Spooker even though they are confirmed to be related? Yea thought so. And also umm again fictional characters, I don’t understand why you’re comparing them to real life people? lol???? 

Dude i’m sure you made people who ship Toast and Ghost feel like shit, you just fucking dragged the entire ship and everyone who ships it and said you wanted to die over it while  bringing religion into it for some god awful reason, but anyways yea this post was a fucking shitshow now here’s some replies from the post
