Lifetale Chapter 1
You open your eyes to see the light filtering through your bedroom window. Today's the day you tell yourself... today your going to climb Mt.Ebott. You get out of bed and walk to the bathroom. As you brush your teeth, you can't help but feel excited. You've heard the legends. Children who climb the mountain never come back. 7 children have already ventured into the mountain only to never return. You wonder if they perished on the mountain. You finish brushing your teeth. You run out the restroom and get dressed. A dark blue and orange stripped sweater, black shorts, grey ankle socks, and some black boots. Seems like the perfect outfit considering it's fall. You walk out your room to hear your parents snoring in the room next to yours. You start to second guess your choice of climbing Mt.Ebott. You shake your head. You see the front door nearby. You feel thankful that your home is small. Because it's so small most of the rooms are close to the front door. You open the door and breathe in the crisp fall air. You step out and close the door behind you. As you go down the steps you see your neighborhood. You've lived your whole life here. Yesterday was your 10th birthday. You remember the whole neighborhood came to wish you a happy birthday. You shoo the memory away as you walk down the sidewalk. There is a fork in the path. One leads to another part of the neighborhood... and the other is a path that leads to Mt.Ebott...
