Kokosara
Okay… I enjoy this pairing a lot actually. There’s something so nice about two leaders on opposite sides of a battle being totally in love with each other as well. That enemies to lovers, forbidden love kinda combination. Also after 2.1, I like to think Kokomi takes care of Sara after all that happened just before the Signora fight- Sara was prolly beat up p bad so I like to think Kokomi helped heal her ha. And also some hurt/comfort potential… mmm sorry for ranting I have so many thoughts.
Yaebaal
They were ABSOLUTELY dating before Ei started her entire eternity + ultimate recluse thing haha. By canon they were exes I feel it in my bones but it’s okay they got back together after the Vision Hunt Decree was abolished <3 They are in love and Miko being one of the only people Ei has left really adds to the pairing as well :]
Dainkae
There is SO MUCH potential with them, and I can’t wait for when they interact in canon as well to add fuel to the fire. They’re like… the last two human(?) Khaenri’ahns left and naturally they technically have a shared traumatic past bc of this. But backstories aside I think they’re personalities mesh nicely as well! Also the theory of Kaeya being Khaenri’ahn royalty paired w Dainsleif being a former knight/bodyguard/etc >>>>>>>
Chaeya
PLEASE THEY R SO FUNNY I didn’t mean to get attached to this ship but I think it’s my favorite Childe ship. It started as a joke but it absolutely is not anymore lmaooo. Once again it’s the dynamic of enemies to lovers(?) paired w forbidden love etc etc. And again it’s just so funny… they homoerotically fight all the time. Before dating they duel each other just to have an excuse to see each other. Rivals in love we love that. ALSO they technically both have connections to the Abyss so that’s there. Furthermore, they both deserve more love and such than they got in life and Y’know y’know I think they can provide for each other <3
Zhongluc
It’s so big brained I really should think about it more. I don’t have too much of an opinion but I think the dynamic is super nice haha. Also pairing this w Chaeya is infinitely times funnier for several reasons but this ain’t about that. Mmmm archon x human pairings (and by extension, immortal x mortal pairings) have so much potential actually, for angst yeah but for other things as well. And y’know I feel like they compliment each other decently… n also just to add Diluc prolly has to keep dragging Zhongli away from shops and stuff because otherwise Diluc would go from rich(?) to broke real fast lmaooo
