I'm on my way home again and I'm reading The Hobbit. Yesterday's party was pretty fun, although bars aren't really my scene. I generally prefer parties at home, but it was fun seeing some of my friends again. On Saturday I have another going away party/birthday party for one of my friends and after that me and four of my friends are leaving the Netherlands.

Today the wheather is very stormy, which really makes me want to stay inside and read and study.

Today's plan:

Finally finish my online induction

Start reading The Romaunt of the Rose by Chaucer (on my reading list for my Chaucer course)

Get 40 XP in German on Duolingo

Start my German Tutor work book

... didn’t really follow my plan for the day

But I never expect to do the whole thing (plus, I still have 3 hours).

I’ve played Story of Seasons, I’ve washed some dishes, but mainly I hung out in the office with the cats, watching DWTS. Productive? No. But I feel better.

Still haven’t heard anything from work. It’s now officially been 1 week since my project ended. On Friday, I’m going on Indeed, the local Bar job search, and even zip recruiter and I’m going to start looking for temp lawyer jobs.

So, for the rest of the night, I’m gonna wash some sheets, I’m gonna bring some laundry up here to fold, and I think I’ll try to finish up scene 4.2 now that I’ve written the messy part.
