typing up the second draft of the latest chapters of honeybun and feeling like posting what i have so far so i figured i'd share some things about legend's regression in this story ૮꒰ྀི∩´ ᵕ `∩꒱ྀིა
-his regression is a mix of toddler- and baby-regression, as compared to little bunny where he's usually a kid-regressor
-he's quiet and clingy, preferring to be with his papa (wars) whenever he feels small. it doesn't really matter what they're doing as long as papa is there and he can have some form of contact at all times
-he doesn't have a lot of things for his regression but wars does his best to spoil him as much as lege is comfortable with. this means stim toys he can fiddle with, a big plushy to hug, two plush cubes with an assortment of textures to explore, cute clothes, and a pacifier
-legend is very hesitant about using the pacifier at first but it does help him sink into his headspace more easily as well as help him sleep, which he (begrudgingly) appreciates
-he's not much of a talker when he's small, though there are times when the words just pour out of him and he can't stop it
-has really bad anxiety and it rears its head in regards to his regression a lot in the beginning. it gets better as time goes on and he gets used to it, but he has a hard time for a while
-it's also easier for him to express his emotions when small, though this has the unfortunate side effect of being a lot more sensitive and crying very easily (another thing to be anxious over, whether the others see him as a crybaby. spoilers: they don't, they're just very worried about him)
-scared of the dark, and knights, and wolves/dogs. he does get help to work through these fears, though (wolfie is a very good therapy dog)
-loves cuddles and being held and carried and just being close to his family. a cuddled baby is a happy baby <3
