I must speak my truth (again) but Kyle is often the group’s confidant and usually takes on their problems as his responsibility. Like Stan’s alcoholism or Cartman acting like a battered puppy for the 100th time and winning Kyle’s sympathy. So, I think Tolkien could really be someone Kyle has to rely on and Tolkien vice versa.

They’re both of similar backgrounds and both have faced some kind of discrimination (from Cartman mostly 😭) ALONG with having to be the level headed one in the group- they would be able to relate to each other the most. Tolkien would be able to support Kyle and while Kyle struggles with empathy at times he would definitely be able to offer Tolkien comfort and give him a safe space to talk. I think for those reasons they would be a very good couple. There wouldn’t be any drama between just mutual understanding. I just feel they would be the healthiest couple.

ANOTHER TRUTH I’D LIKE TO ADD - Tolkien and Kyle would love baking those skillet brownie recipes and watching a bunch of movies together with blankets draped over them and just embracing eachothers warmth and presence!!
