"Oh- oh my god I'm so sorry I- Let me clean that up."
He'd simply been carrying a rather large bouquet of flowers when he'd accidentally stubbed his foot on a bump in the pavement and well - all those flowers had fallen right into the face of the person walking the other way; causing them to fly all over the place.
"Are you okay? You aren't- uh, you aren't allergic to flowers right? Or have the other things - hayfever?"

“I know this may sound weird but... would you take this pie off me?” He holds out a white cake box, the kind that holds such desserts. “They were giving these away for pie day and well.... I can’t eat all of this myself.” There’s a hint of desperation in his voice. Please, take it off him.
“You haven’t perhaps... seen anything on the ground, have you?” The dark haired man looks up from where he’s kneeling on the ground, a hand over his left ear as the other continues to run through the grass, seeing if he can find what is lost. “Sorry I should be more clear - right - um, it’s basically a silver earring with a red gem in it.. it’s sort of important?” Judging by the dirt and grass stains on his jeans, it looks like he’s been at this for a while.
“I swear it fell off around here somewhere..”

“I hate being touched by cold things - it makes me think a ghost is touching me! And ghosts? Those things are creepy!” To some extent. There were nice ones - he knew, but he rarely ran into them. “H-Hey!” He held out his hands to catch Kimihiro as he fell on him, falling backwards onto the floor. Ouch. “At least warn me!” He would never get that warning. “Against it? Should I wrap you in blankets like a burrito?”
No the food didn't work , he's not just some normal house pet. Definitely never call him that word or else either. His tail is getting fuzzy a little again.
"First impressions for many sticks a lot. I get it I'm a black cat, many hate me for that and you made it clear to leave that day. We can stay strangers, so all is good like that."
Sniffs the food a little and his cat instinct still being sort of out.
"Hold on.. I never said I hated you. Nor do I care that you're a black cat?"
Sure his attitude sucked back then but he was sure he didn't say he outwardly hated his guy - he was just uncomfortable at the time? There was no malice behind it at all.
"W- Are you sure? I'm really fine with having a do over." He puts the food down for now.
"Like I said before I can um, I know how to pat a cat so - can I also try and make it up to you by give you a little ear scratch whilst you're in this form?"
In cat form, a black cat on a bench which is Akito of course. He sees the other still trying, again mixed signals since it's been some days.
"Why are you still trying? You made it clear to stop bothering you and leave."
The leaving food out method worked? He's more impressed by that working compared to the actual talking cat.
Looking ashamed of himself for a moment, he then turns his attention back to the cat, holding out the bowl of cat food towards him.
"I'm sorry - I didn't mean to come off that way - I was more so just panicking about the whole.. thing.. no one really comes up to me and acts that way so I didn't know what to do. If you want we can have a start over, and try to be friends?"
Feeling a little bad about the fiasco from earlier, he's started leaving out dishes of cat food.
"I'm the april fool.........................."
